Asher is a boss, I came in and ordered at a pretty late hour and he was super cool and friendly. He even helped me save a couple of bucks on my order through a deal. (All after I just came from papa John’s who says their hours are till 11 but after I walked through the door at 10:10 they told me to get out and that they didn’t do carry out after 10)

They sent me someone else’s order and did nothing to correct their mistake. The order we placed was easily twice as expensive as the order we received. We will stick to Marcos from now on. Better pizza and better ingredients. Marcos also manages to give us what we pay for too.

It took almost 2 hours before my order was started and only after I called a second time. I had asked for delivery but on the second call I changed to pick up as it was faster. Once I got home and checked my order it was wrong. They gave me some chicken bites with cheese when I had asked for Buffalo wings. They did give me a large pizza only because of how long it had been since I placed my order.

Well, an hour or more goes by so I check the status of delivery and it says “delivered.” Looked everywhere, no pizza. Walked around the neighborhood just in case and there it was two or three streets over…. Their house has my same number but totally wrong street and not even spelled nearly the same. So anyway, people make mistakes nbd.. So I call dominos expecting they offer to at least apply the del fee and tip toward a future order since I had to go get it myself anyway (playing hide and seek and someone walking looked at me like I was stealing someone’s pizza..), and probably even half the food since everything ended up having to be microwaved. And, it was sitting right on the ground all that time. But nope, person who answered could not care less. His attitude was that I was able to track it down so doesn’t really see a problem here.. Lol. I might have to find a new dominos and go get it myself. never had del issues til today other than being slow, but have had to re-bake the pizza due to being soggy crust previously.

I wrote a few bad reviews so it’s only fair I give credit where it’s due. I come here almost every day sometimes 2 times a day. Everyone knows me. I order a philly cheese almost every time. Sometimes a pizza or other things so I’ve tried it all. This is the ONLY restaurant in east Mesa that makes the food fresh every time and the quality is way better than you would expect. Of course the service is great too. And they are open until 12pm! On weekdays! That’s the best part. If I forget to eat dinner because I am busy or had to go to the gym in the evening I don’t have to go to McDonald’s! Miracle. I should also point out I haven’t had any digestive problems at all… that person in the reviews is anecdotal. The food is well prepared in a very clean area by very nice employees. You can see with your own eyes.

The last several pizzas we’ve ordered from this Domino’s have been poor. We order extra sauce and extra cheese always. They’ve been very skimpy with the ingredients. I don’t believe they’ve topped at normal recipe, much less extra.
