Went there with my 2 best friends and we had the nachos, homemade salsa, tortilla chips, enchiladas verdes and the Diablo chicken burger. It was all amazing!! The wait staff was so friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere was so unique and very pretty. Would recommend 100%!! Amazing experience!!

Came for breakfast. Had the Vaquero omelet. 10/10! I love a good omelet and this was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The flavors mixed so well together and it was fluffy and filled with the perfect ratio of veggies to meat. The plate came with some chips & salsa, mixed fruit, perfectly crispy bacon, and perfectly cooked potatoes. Beautiful setup. Highly recommend.

I ate at the Copper Pot on Saturday August 5th with my friend her choice but both of our first-time visit. My friend ate the pastrami and Swiss on rye bread with side of French fries. I ate the tasty grilled chicken with Chipotle cream sauce and asked for the Cole slaw on the side with creamy pinto beans. Everything was delicious and our waiter Kevin was very nice and attentive.

Food was delicious! Would 100% return, we went for breakfast we had the Frenchman with sausage and the migas both were so good. The owner was so nice had a very pleasant conversation with her. Such a cute place, the decorations and atmosphere was great. All the little details made it super cute.

The food here is amazingly good. Fresh and very delicious. Everything that we had tasted so fresh and perfectly seasoned. The different spices came in just enough to taste, but not overpowering. Chicho is a master at his craft. Awesome!

We arrived within an hour of closing, but the place was hoppin’! We waited to be seated because tables needed to be bussed and NO one was standing around.

We had the best lunch here over the holiday weekend. Norma Jean and her husband own and run the the place. She was so kind and friendly. We both had the shrimp tacos and they were delicious!

We waited for our food for at least 45 minutes from when we ordered. No idea where our waitress went because we did not see her from when we ordered our food, until after it was served to us by a different waitress. My potatoes were not seasoned well, my eggs were tough on the edges, and husbands eggs were undercooked. Horrible experience.

So glad that Chicho is back in the Ingram area serving his delicious food! Came in at 10am Sunday for brunch with my friend. I had the smoked salmon Benedict and it was perfection. Will be coming back for dinner on the weekend. Highly recommend supporting this awesome family restaurant.
