All good things must come to an end. After today, I’ll never go back to this one. We waited for 10 minutes for our sandwiches. Three girls came in after us and got their food quickly. The woman making them claims she made our sandwiches already, she said someone must have taken them and snaps “Its not my fault!” We waited and watched as we were in a hurry. They were not on the counter. Our sandwiches were not made the first time. Nobody took them. She finally made them and threw the bag on the counter. All set with this place.

Being the only car in the line when I came through, that’s still too much to get my order right but will put everything you say when you order on the receipt they stick on your drink but over half of it doesn’t go into your drink. This is only happened about 4-5 times in the past two weeks.

Let me starts off saying the Donuts are SO GOOD!!! Really nice place and also the take out (for at least the donuts) is real quick and i’m out of the place in almost 5 minutes! Great job Dunkin! 🙂

I try and give this location a chance every time I go but they mess up a single basic coffee order every single time without fail then get upset when I tell them they messed up.. The kid with long blonde hair is definitely high every shift cause he can’t retain a iced reg coffee by the time I get to the window.. it’s a disaster of a store..

Why, over the past few months this location does NOT have cold brew? Head quarters should get them stock because that is a huge loss in sales. Not to mention people LOVE cold brew far better than the watered down regular ice coffee.

I agree with all the negative reviews about this particular DD location. These folks lack the basic ethics of being in F&B industry. After making you wait for over 15 mins for a single coffee they’ll treat you as in theyre doing you a favor. This is not the first time though. We’re pretty regular here and these kinda noises are pretty frequent. Hope the #dunkindonuts board takes some action against these bunch of highly unprofessional individuals.

This Dunkin Donuts I visited for coffee is one of the best ones I’ve been to. Service is fast and my ice coffee tasted great. One milk and two sugars. The people managing this DD are doing a super great job. It is spotlessly clean.
