We had GG’s cater a birthday party and the food was delicious! Jennifer was so sweet and was able to deliver the food for us. We had 30 people and still had leftovers.

We stopped through here on a whim, on the way back from Kalamazoo to Detroit. The food was good. The service was charming. The menu options were great. Not too much, but enough that I had to decide betwixt 3 or 4 choices. Prices were actually reasonable. Coffee was good. Quaint & quirky.

Food was exceptional, homemade bread and sweets. The best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever ate in a restaurant! We came in with a large party and got everything in a timely manner. Very homelike atmosphere, they make everyone feel welcome!

Much of the time service is a 5⭐️ as well, especially when “our guy” is there – he remembers what we order and drink, perfect “hometown diner” feel. The food is so deliciously fresh and homemade – my favorite is the breakfast sandwich so. freaking. good. Also, I love the “mini bakery” – it’s a lovely addition to the experience with cookies, scones, cinnamon rolls and more!

Great historic hole in the wall. Good for a small group, (might want to call ahead of course) and perfect for couples and individuals as well. Absolutely delicious food and good portions also. (They also sell pies and cookies and other desserts, as well as a few homemade trinkets like really cool pens and some keychains.) Service is attentive and friendly. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend GG’s Cafe for breakfast, brunch, and/ or lunch. But be sure to check the hours before you go because (at the time of this writing) they usually close at 1pm or 2pm depending on the day. Except for Fridays they close at 8pm. And they’re closed Mondays. Parking is on the street. Enjoy!

Walked in hungry and excited to eat breakfast. Sat down and was looking at menu then two others walked in and sat down. I was more than excited and hungry, the server walked right past me and asked to take the others order.. are you kidding me? Oh im not a local you dont recognize me so walk past to take the regular patrons order. Ok I got up and left. Thank you and I have zero desire to stop again. Feed your locals.
