Couldn’t even order a few wing’s, without being hung up on! Also the person in charge put me on hold, then proceeded to just hang up on me. I’m done with this place my wife Michelle has worked for the NPC company, wich also owns other fast food company’s! Such as Taco bell, and KFC. It’s complete, and utter disrespect in my eyes! No wonder you guys are getting beat out by domino’s!

We ordered a pizza on the app right in the parking lot of the restaurant so I could get points. The door said they were open till 11pm. The app said 15 minutes. We came back at 1010 and the door was locked. My husband knocked and was told our order was canceled. I did not get a phone call or any kind of message that our order was canceled. The guy was very rude. This was at the toledo, ia store. Never coming back.

This place always forgets something, when I call, they act like I am bothering them when I ask for a credit. And yes you need to credit my account, if I did not receive what I paid for! I love the food, but I never get the complete order… sad service on the phone tho

After ordering a lg pizza w a Pasta and free cheese sticks they said 40-45 min for delivery to my location that was due to the bad weather. I was literally within a 5 min drive in any weather. It took just over 1 hr. My business will never be given to this location again.

Stay in rv park at meskwaki casino called for delivery and they wouldn’t deliver here reason was if they delivered to us they would have to deliver to everybody in rv park, not sure why that’s a problem more orders more money. So the next day I stop down to order a pizza to go and it sould have opened at 11 at 1115 we stop and the door is lock they see us and unlock door when we try and order a pizza they said they had 30 pizzas to go and it will be 45 min or longer to wait hard to get a pizza togo!
