Today I got a flat tire when I hit a curb in the parking lot so I had to leave my car there while waiting for the tow truck. The employees that were there were so kind to me and kept checking on me during this unfortunate situation. Huge shout out to them! They were amazing!

So sad that you go to get a free taco and I know beggars can’t be choosers. First of we were ignored I guess because we were getting it free. But after 10 minutes, we understand that there is money involved. Then a lady cashier comes in with an attitude and we wait longer, we were at Dr appointment and didn’t have any cash. We love taco bell and free can’t be beaten. And then this homeless guy comes in and I’m telling him about the promotion and the lady is not liking it, so sad it’s not like there paying I hope it was not the color of my skin 2023 come on. However we appreciate the fact that we could have a taco bell doritos taco loco thank you taco bell madison corporation. Hopefully this is a isolated problem.

I am so cumfused. One day the lobby is open for walk in buissnes, other days it is closed due to labor shortages. It makes no sense. Drive through or walk in customers order food off a speaker in the drive or the tablet in the lobby. Either way staff just carry the food to a window or a counter? Taco bell please get your service act together. Pay your staff more if you need to in order to retain them if necessary. Where else are most of your staff going to go, the couch?

I hadn’t been in any taco places in about 10 yrs., but I moved recently and there just happened to be a Taco Bell right across the street on the corner of Odana road and Whitney Way ( in Madison, WI. )., so naturally out of curiosity, I decided to go and check it out. Absolutely worst customer service. disrespectful and inappropriate behavior all team members weren’t in uniform most unprofessional store yet girl was counting money in sight and putting it away in a “safe” location in front of customers in a quesadilla bag…..
