This spot is amazing! Come here if you can, definitely worth the trip. These are the hillbilly fries without the sweet potato fries, and taking those off my meal is my only regret. The sauce has a very mild but constant heat, fries were crispy, beans didn’t turn to mush, and the slaw had a nice tang to it. Will definitely be back.

Just traveling through. Though I wasn’t able to try the hush puppies because the fryer was down for cleaning, I got the most delicious pulled pork sandwich that made up for it. I also love the covered bridge and fun items all around great for photo ops. Just a fun yummy little stop. If you’re in the area, highly recommend stopping.

I love pulled pork, the pork was so tender, the chicken was ok, but the pork was off the chain, the coleslaw was great, the cornbread was awesome, I had my wife’s too the ribs were fall off the bone delicious BBQ Sauce was killer, I also had fried green tomatoes, oh my goodness were they good, My Wife even enjoyed them, and she’s picky .

Passing thru and you can’t help but notice this roadside BBQ place. We stopped and decided to try it and was very happy with the service and food. There was a fire going in the fire pit. Picnic tables to eat at. The food was delicious, especially the pulled chicken. I would definitely recommend stopping and checking them out!!

If you are in Michigan’s Irish Hills area, do yourself a favor and stop at Randy’s for some great BBQ! We’ve been going here for many years and have always received generous cuts of meat and well portioned sides full of flavor. Check out the Godzilla!

Ribs were done to perfection. Randy’s is open 5 days a week serving various BBQ choices of pulled pork or chicken, brisket, and ribs. We had the ribs and slaw. The ribs were excellent. Others in our party had the pulled pork and brisket. The brisket especially was spot on. Best to take cash. We didn’t mind, but there is a small upcharge for credit.

This place is amazing. I’ve hit their truck at the Jackson County Fair a few times, but the brick and mortar location is so much more fun. Get a sarsaparilla, some fudge and have a chat with the incredibly friendly owners!
