Awful service. It sounds like there’s a party going on, and the lady at the cash register gave me the wrong donuts. Instead of addressing the fact that my order was wrong, she started helping another customer who couldn’t make up her mind about donuts. The managers or shift leaders appear clueless. One manager keeps her head in the machines the entire time and never acknowledges customers. The other manager is very loud and talking about open alcohol bottles with some other female at the window. I have not been to a Dunkin’ Donuts in years and won’t be again.

Got a hot chocolate this morning and two glazed donuts. Donuts were a little cold but taste fine. The hot chocolate is gross no flavor it was basically a cup of hot brown water. I called and let them no and wasn’t overed a credit to come back at a later time to get a free one, but she did say if I came back this myi could get one. I told her I was already at work and can’t come back this morning. Again no offer to come back at a later time.

Horrible customer service. Lady at register neglected to take our order even though they did have the drive through register working. Made us get back out into our car just to be able to get our food. Seem like she was the hourly shift supervisor around 1pm who clearly did not care or tried to help us. There was no sign or information about something not working.

Hands down the best Dunks in the area. When I say I’m here every day.. it’s not an exaggeration.. it’s a problem! Never once was my order wrong. Staff is always friendly & gets along together. If they’re out of something, they replace it with ANYTHING else. The manager in the morning is the cherry on top. While still personable, very efficient & has a smile that’ll jump start your day before your first sip of coffee.

Generally fast, but my egg wrap was a bit burnt. Also, sometimes, perhaps to save time, the put to go containers if cream cheese in drive thru bag, instead of putting it on the bagel. This sort of defeats the purpose of getting some ready to eat on the way to work.

Always has someone rude taking drive thru orders and god forbid THEY make your food wrong, they’ll barely try to make it right. Oh yea, go to this location if you want to pull up to work with still frozen food

I can pass the fact that no one out of the 10 employees and the manager couldn’t even take the time to greet the one customer that walks in…..(me)……but even when I’m at the counter and the manager walks pass no one can speak………no hi welcome to Dunkin…….nothing…..than no glazed donuts……really…..what an experience………if I was you reading this….take your money and give it to the dog…cause at less he/she would appreciate it more then them……..
