We were a table of 9 and the food came out at different times. There was hair in one of the dinners, which they did comp. I had a simple pancake which was thin and over cooked. I don’t like to complain but feel honesty is the best policy. The waitress was great.

The server was an amazing lady who went the extra mile with her king words and easy-going feel. Got out food in a jiffy and felt right at home. My husband has been going here for years but it’s been a while for him. This was my first time and I am starstruck with the fantastic service, food, and atmosphere of the entire restaurant. My only complaint is portion size to cost. Spent $24 and left still very hungry. The food was amazing and my waitress was too!! She came to the table while I was saying Grace and allowed me to finish before disturbing the table . The flavor of everything was spot on!! The food is made to order not mass produced so go in with patience

We’ve been there quite a few times, food has been great, service always on point. Today changed ours minds. We invited someone to meet us there, and we were embarrassed. Yes you were busy that’s ok. But when you have to remind the server you need to order that’s sad. Then you get your food an hour later was the worst we have had there. Then I had to ask for the check. Then after sitting there myself for a couple minutes I got up and went the the front. Then finally got my check 54$ and change. This time good was bad just as the service. If we go back it will be along time from now.

The food is amazing and the portion size is huge, the sweet potato fries are the BEST EVER!!! My Son works there and we were visiting Idaho and that was the BEST FOOD I had all week. So I came into here for just a milkshake, and that happened to be the best decision I had made all day that day. A nice oreo shake really hit the spot. Definitely coming back for more than just a shake next time. Only 4 stars for the food cause I didn’t have anything other than a shake, so cant speak for all the food. But everything that I watched to go out as I waited for my shake looked and smelled good.
