We stopped here on a whim while driving by and were so glad we did. Everything was cooked and seasoned wonderfully. The area to eat inside is small with only 3 high-top tables, but the outdoor area was perfect for the kind of day it was. I will definitely be saving this one for the next time I’m in the area.

This is our 3rd time in 2022, that we have had an outstanding meal at Smokey Sweet BBQ. We split a Barnyards plate and ordered Mac & Cheese w/bacon. The brisket is always our go to but we decided to sample meats, slaw, beans & cornbread. Everything was delicious. Hope to stop back before we leave. Thank you for your hospitality. The staff is amazing.

Disappointing… my husband and I shared the Barnyard platter – when we finally got it. It took 20 minutes to get our platter and it wasn’t very busy. The ribs were ok but fatty, the chicken was meh, the pulled pork was ok, but the brisket was decent. Overall, the food wasn’t very hot either. The cole slaw was too vinegary, and the corn bread was raw in the middle.

Absolutely to die for BBQ!! Hands down wins all awards possible. Tender, cooked right, smoked flavor. The chicken with the mustard sauce yummy. We always get the barnyard, it’s the perfect balance to having it all! My family loves the baked beans and cornbread that comes with the barnyard. Must try!

I have driven by this place many times and finally had an opportunity to stop and try the food. I’m glad we did because every single item we ordered was terrific. This has become an instant favorite and will now go out of my way for their their barbecue. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other menu items!

Pretty good northern bbq. Got pulled pork plate. Pork was very tender and juicy. Not heavily sauced. Loaded beans were very good, nice balance between sweet and savory. Macaroni salad was also very good, nice seasoning, no heavy mayo flavor
