Heading to San Antonio, we stopped by Buddy’s Good Food. Locally owned and operated, Buddy was cooking his burgers, fries and was very friendly! They make their hamburger buns and donuts daily! We chose a jalapeno burger bun and the bun was delicious. We are a family of 4 and choose to split 2 large burgers and 2 freshly cut fries! Y’all, so good! We got 1 bacon cheeseburger and a Mushroom swiss burger with grilled onions! He even brought us some extra fries. Definitely stop in and visit Buddy’s. I’m glad we did!! Next time I want to try his fried catfish!!! Thanks!

Really nice people. Great food! The buns were freshly made. The burgers were awesome, and the fries were delicious. I don’t normally give a five star because nobody is perfect. Best food I have had in a long time thank you

Sweet potato fries and regular fries were excellent, very fresh. Burger and catfish were good. Order at counter but exceptional table service once you do. Very small menu on chalkboard. No hot water or light in bathroom. Only drinks are cans, bottles, and tea (sweet and un-). A bit pricey. Clothes and hair will smell like fry grease afterwards but that’s the price of freshly cooked.

Mushroom & Swiss is the way to go. Fries are a little firm but delicious none the less.

Oh my Lord. The Kitchen Sink. Ham, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, eggs and more. A breakfast sandwich like I’ve never had. And for $7.00? Hoo Wee! Then there’s the apple fritters!

Best Burgers in town. Visiting from angelo and let me just say the first time in a long time we’ve walked in the door of a restaurant and felt “at ease”!! The owner is great! Loved the all you can eat catfish is excellent. They made my 4 year old daughter feel so special by making her a cheeseburger and fries (even when they weren’t serving that particular item that night). Just an awesome experience of a locally owned business in West texas. We will be back!!
