The food was great, the staff was friendly and they even gave us a genuine smile. Which seems to be harder to come by these days. I enjoy their 2 for $5 menu. Everyone gets pretty full of you do the mic and match correctly. They also have these $7 meals that are tasty and filling. Considering how expensive every place has gotten, it’s nice not breaking the bank for a quick stop.

Not a great experience. Our order was totally messed up, and there were the different people at the window trying to clear things up. Note: it was a simple order. The last to ask about the order was the manager. She was rude, and very unfriendly. When she finished with us she slammed the window shut. One more thing. We ordered through the drive through and were quoted a price. At the window that price had increased by a dollar, which we paid. Then as they tried to straighten out the order they gave us another price, and didn’t know we had already paid. It was the strangest DQ visit I have ever had, and I don’t plan on returning to this location. Shout out to Hawley DQ though! They are the best!

The service was horrible. They accidentally gave me my items without taking payment first. Then, when I tried to get their attention to tell them that I had not paid, she told me my total of $12.02. I gave her $15 then said I would get her the 2 cents and she replied with ” I already rang it in” and totally ignored my outstretched hand with the 2 pennies in it and looked at me like I was bothering them. I almost lost my cool with her, but I did not. Customer service has gone down hill and this is a perfect example. Train your employees on how to treat people that are paying their wages.

Walked in and stood ready to order. 3 people were working, knew that I was there. They never acknowledged me and then a few minutes later, said the lobby is closed. You have to go to the drive through. Let’s just say I didn’t.

I don’t think I’ve had a worst experience anywhere. The staff was rude, my strawberry royal blizzard was made wrong (had Oreos in it) and I got charged $3.50 for a cup of water.

I guess the young guy working the drive thru today is there against his will! Or it appeared that way. Never greeted me or said thank you. Gave me too much change back. 85 cents instead of the 81 cents I expected. (Pennies are tricky) I must have been a real inconvenience to him to have shown up at the drive thru. He glared at me when I said you’re welcome. That may have been too subtle. Blizzard wasn’t even a full cup. He didn’t bother doing the upside down thing with the Blizzard either.

My family and I just stopped to get cones, the drive-thru girl was rude, pretty quick and snappy with her answers. When we got our cones, we gave a $4 tip ( let the young guy keep the change),( he never even said thank you) then all of the sudden another young guy handed us one of the Cones as he burped out loudly and they both laughed about it, I asked them what they were laughing about and he said, “something else”. This was June 14th at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday night. I think it’s important for them to know how to treat customers and that kind of behavior isn’t tolerated especially around food. I would like you to take a look at the cameras to see if they spit on our cones or something because they were sure laughing before they handed us the cones.

We just went through the drive thru and everything was great got our whole order as well. The only thing that could have been better was the timing we got our ice cream could’ve been closer to the little wait we had on the food considering the AC wasn’t working.
