Paid $21 for a roast beef po boy and onion rings, no drink. The place is running by kids. I think kids can do the job if they were taught how to. This will be my last visit here. I’ve been eating here for years. My order was taken correctly, but not prepared as ordered. It seems like every time I go to pick up something the order isn’t correct . I don’t mind paying higher prices if I can get better quality. The new ownership of this business is not paying attention to what they are serving the public. I will no longer waist my time or my money at this place.

As much as I want to love this hometown place, I can’t. The last 3 times I have been there have been terrible experiences. There aren’t very many places to choose from here but I will not be spending my money here anymore. The food being expensive is not the problem all though it is that is to be expected in a small town restaurant. The first time we ordered in store, we had to wait an hour on burnt chicken tenders and then wait more for the rest of the order they forgot. The second time, I phone ordered homemade onion rings only. I went in 15 minutes to pick up like I was told. Wasn’t ready. Waited in the drive thru 10 more minutes until someone pulled up, and they asked me to park. I waited 20 more minutes for someone to bring it to me and say sorry we forgot we asked you to park. The rings were cold and burnt. Tonight was the last straw. Order food online. It gave us a 30-minute wait time. My husband went pick up at the specified time given and waited in the drive thru an additional 10 minutes, asked to park another 15 minutes, was brought the food some was missing. He went inside they questioned him like he was lying, showed them the receipt then they looked around handed him a bag and told him they were sorry they forgot to hand him a bag. Guess what the food was cold… and popcorn chicken was burnt. The prices aren’t what keep people away, the service is.

Terrible experience. Waited nearly an hour for our food. The girl finally brings it to us and says she had put it down as take out instead of dine in. So our food was cold. Not friendly at all and very expensive. Wanted a coffee, but didn’t get one because I didn’t know how long it would’ve took. I don’t recommend. Go to Landry’s down the street.
