I had hair in my pizza, the food didn’t even look edible. I ordered a XL pizza and it looked like a medium it also was cut horribly. I called the store 3 times and sat on hold during business hours and got no answer.

For the love of god hire some more drivers, there is no reason on earth you should have ONE driver on a Saturday night. My order took 2 1/2 hours. By the time he came to my door it was almost 2 AM and the food was literally cold, and of course you can’t do anything about it because they have already drafted the money out of your bank account. I placed my order at 11:30 and the store closes at 1. This location always has issues with delivery. Every. Single. Time. When I called the manager to ask an eta he hung up on me. Its no wonder nobody wants to work there. Never again will I order from this place. What a joke. If you guys cant handle deliveries then just close the damn store. Someone get a district manager up in there.

First order was wrong. Called back and spoke to the Mgr about it and reordered & was told for the trouble they’d include a free 2 liter of soda. The 2 reg pizza’s were fine, but my gluten free pizza was literally cooked to a crisp alot of it not edible and we didn’t get the soda. I didn’t call back because I was too upset and by the time we got our order it was late and just didn’t want to deal with it anymore.

My brother made an online order and when we went to pick it up we were well welcomed by everyone, my brother said “I thought it was someone’s birthday by the way they welcomed us”. I could even feel the positivity in that work environment. The pasta Alfredo was yet the best I have ever had, so creamy, really enjoyed it. The pizza and wings were also good!

Customer service is the worst!! I placed a order on line for one cheese pizza and on pepperoni pizza. They delivered 2 pepperoni pizza. I called the location an spoke with a women let her know that my order was wrong. She stated they were busy and she could get me a cheese pizza but I would take a hour. I had to go to the back of all the delivery she had. UGHHH NO. I explain that will not work, I am feeding children. She said things like this happened everyday. She would not refund me any of my money for the missing pizza. I asked to speak to a manager and she replied she is the manager. This is unacceptable and I will not recommend this place to my enemy.

Placed an order tonight for contactless delivery, delivery driver called me and even asked for the gate code. My app said delivered and I checked my door immediately and there was no pizza. I called the store to report it, they said they were gonna call the driver and get back to me. They never got back to me, I had to call again. They said the delivery driver said they delivered to the right address and there is nothing they can do, not even a refund or resending the order. I even checked the other floors of my building and nothing. They refused to even help. I’m convinced the driver must have delivered to the wrong building, because there’s no way someone could’ve stolen pizza from my front door that quickly + no one ever steals packages from my building from my experience. Manager was rude, the young lady on the phone was asking her manager if I could get a refund and I hear the manager yell “NO”. Horrible customer service from the manager. I placed another order and selected traditional delivery so they can see I’m not even lying. I bet they think I am. Why would I lie?

Went there to pick up my pizza and dummy me locked my keys in the car. Brian the manager welcomed me inside and also gave me a free soda to drink with my pizza while I waited on my wife to bring my extra keys. Plus the pizza was great.
