Huh… The negative reviews for here surprise me. I’ve been getting take out and delivery from here for over ten years and although the food quality varies at times I feel it’s always above average for taste. I really like the food from here and I recently took a few friends here and they really enjoyed the Lo Mein. I don’t get anything fancy though. Usually just egg rolls or shrimp rolls, pork fried rice, Sweet and sour chicken etc. Still, I never got a bad meal here and service was always good if not exceptional and the prices are average for this type of food. A very good value and a good meal, so a solid 4 stars from me.

Bad customer service. The lady kept putting me on hold every 2 secs. I couldn’t finish my order. it took literally 15mins to place a small order. I ordered 8 pieces chicken with rice. And i waited 1 hour to call back, come to find out she never place my order. And yelled at me when I tried to explain to her. She said the total was 18.25 and she said my order was to small to deliver.

The customer service is terrible. I asked for spicey shrimp fried rice…only for it to be tasteless with no hint of spice…I had to add a few seasonings to the rice smh. My order came to be way more than 20…no egg roll no tea…and when I called to complain I kept getting out on hold with no “hold on” and for someone to scream out “that’s spicey!” And claimed she put the ice in the bag when I’m staring at it. So after being ignored I just hung up. Way overpriced…for rude and rushed service..with low quality food.

Since new management after pandemic, some great items on the menu suffered. Their General Tso’s Chicken for one is made with Kirkland popcorn chicken from Save a Lot. Chicken taste like licking 8V battery. However, customer service is a whole lot better.

They gave me the wrong order and The food is horrible! When you call the store back to let them know of their error, the woman who answered the phone, had the nerve to get smart and start yelling! Ppl told me not to eat from here but they would never get a dime outta me again! This store is horrible and truly unprofessional

I am very particular about my food especially the smell. I ordered a combination platter with shrimp fried rice and vegetable lo mein, I asked them to make it a little spicy. There was a slight odd odor upon opening the container I prayed and with hesitation I decided to tasted the food. The rice taste old as if it was left out overnight. I decided to returned the food only for the owner to claim it was the spicy flavor I requested that was causing the odor and refusing to give me money back. We as community should not allow restaurants to service us any old thing we have the right to a decent meal especially when we are spending our hard earned money. I will be report them to the health inspector and I will continue to tell others about the establishment and their practices.

The lady working behind the counter acted as if she didn’t want to take my order. Three other people came shortly after me and they had to ask her twice to take their orders. The lady behind the counter seemed to have a attitude and was very unpleasant. I kind of got the impression that she didn’t like black people. Won’t be going back.

Lady was nice but my food was terrible. Chicken finger platter with french fries. Fries seemed cooked in old oil or the fries were old. Could have been both. Also chicken fingers were hard and stale. Everything seemed like it was old food. Will not order again.

I hate to give one star! I called and asked if they accepted credit or debit she said “ No only cash.” I said ok and placed my order and then an hour and a half past. I called back and gave my address explaining that I had placed my order and was wondering when it was coming. She reassured me that it was on its way and then another 30 minutes past. So I call back and give my address like before and ask what happened to my order? She says “ I never put it in because you don’t have cash.” I never said that and I was pissed that she took my order then lied and said it was coming when she knew she never placed it! I’ll never order again!
