The beef teriyaki was absolutely delicious, the meat was perfectly cooked and tasty with just the right amount of fat. I just wish it came with a little bit more sauce. I love this place will definitely order again.

Wow, what happened? We had take out last summer and it was very good. This year, we ordered Chicken Teriyaki and it was overcooked and dry and had very little Teriyaki flavor. The Lo mein was also non descript.

Good food, but very poor customer service. They don’t seem to even know what that means. I’ve been there and gotten no food 3 times. Once, the place was locked, even though the website and the sign on the door said it was open. The 2nd time it was closed during the day, even though the website said it was open. The 3rd time, today, I was waiting in line behind a man while the counter person droned on and on to another customer about the menu, when a Karen came in and went right around me to the front of the line. I pointed out that the line formed behind me, and she brazenly said she was just there to pick up an order. She never asked if I was there to just pick ap a gift certificate, or if the man in front of me was just there to pick up an order. I guess it was obvious to her that she was more important than us. And then the counter woman took her. So I fault them both. Asalesperson should always see who’s next and shouldn’t just let someone cut in front of others. I left the store at that point. The poor older man in front of me looked crestfallen. I won’t go there again and I won’t recommend it to friends. She may be good at preparing food, but she doesn’t know the first thing about customer service.

The people who run this place are extremely rude. We entered the restaurant at 7.20 PM on a Wednesday and they turned us down saying the restaurant is closed to dine in and they only do take out. During previous visits they said they close it at 7.30 pm for dine in. When asked for clarity whether they close at 7.30 or 7.20, the lady in the front said we need to call the restaurant in advance to ask whether they’re open or not. On Yelp they say that the restaurant is open till 9 pm. So we went in a whole 100 minutes before the store closing time and they still turned us down since they’re approaching the store closing time. It should not be on the customer to call and ask every single time if they’re open for dine in or not. The responsibility is on the restaurant to update the timings on websites. It’s not acceptable to talk to customers the way they do.

One of my favorite Thai places. I almost always get their Beef Pad See Ew. The sauce is sweet and it’s literally always good. Their Thai iced tea is also delicious. I’ve never eaten in, but they’re always great about takeout. The food is top notch.
