I went at 846pm on Nov 27th, the heavyset work at the window was more interested in his phone than taking my order, he was slow and seemed to be more interested in his phone than taking orders. The skinny guy making the food was fast and got me my food while it was still very hot. That was the only good service was from the guy making food.

She looked at me as if to take my order then asked me to wait ✋️. It probably took her 20 minutes to get back to me. She told me credit card machine was broken. I had to ask her to use other credit card machine in drive thru. Her and the gentleman making food were laughing the whole time and not making an effort to make the food quickly

Extremely rude staff, I came here 02/26 and the first impression was a long line of cars. I ordered my food, while waiting in the line I noticed the staff was already fighting with the person in the window (huge red flag). When we finally get to the front, we waited a good 20 minutes until they came back, gave us the wrong total and then asked us oh wait what did you order? And then proceeded to make the order. We waited another 25 minutes in the window while they made our order “fresh”. Then when Jasmine, the worker in the window, gave us the food the fries were completely upside down, all wasted in the bag. We asked her if she could please replace the fried that she just threw into the bag, she left, she asked her manager, who said his name was John Smith (I doubt it) said very rudely, we aren’t getting any fried unless we pay for them. I asked to speak to her manager, who was wearing a ugly cartoon sweater, came to the window extremely rude, combative, and basically just told us to leave unless we are paying for a new set of fries after they just tossed ours. In total, waited about an hour, and to top it off when we got home they also messed up our order, of course. It’s sad checkers is such an amazing fast food chain, but consistently hires extremely rude staff. Please do better.

Wow, what a terrible place… even with an automated drive through ordering system, this is still the absolute slowest drive thru operation you’ll ever experience.

They had just one guy overnight and he was talking on the phone throughout the order, the fries were too wet from the cheese and they put cheese where we didn’t ask , we noticed at home and weren’t able to eat all the fries because of how soggy it was, I don’t blame them it’s hard to work overnight but gotta try to keep up the quality
