Expect to be treated so badly over nothing. Very snappy and rude staff that will refuse simple modifications and push you into ordering whats convenient for them and then ignore you to take the next order. The bar is low, its a taco bell but this is far below what i thought possible. It wasnt even busy.

Very bad service, messing up our orders and then yelling at us for making them try to correct it. Employees are super rude even for a fast food restaurant. They put beef in our order despite us constantly telling them we are hindu but they just decide not to listen to the customer and put whatever is fit and then yell at customers who are rightfully mad as we don’t want to ruin our religion. Genuinely feel bad for the owners for hiring such employees who have a fun time playing with religions. If there was a 0 star I would definitely press that because even a 1 star is too much for them. So anyone who loves their religion be aware of this specific taco bell.

Dine in at Taco Bell on Disc Dr. Sparks, NV. Not busy at all. No customer service as you are expected to order on their kiosks. Went to sit down and there was only one couple sitting down. All tables and chairs were dirty. I stood at the counter to ask for a wash cloth so I could wipe down a table or more as no one else was doing it. No one would come up to the front even though I had been seen by 3 different employees. I walked back to a table that wasn’t as dirty as the rest and then noticed every chair was dirty. I then walked back up to the counter. I was seen by an employee and I could tell immediately that she was irritated with me coming back. She rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to the front counter. She asked if I was waiting for my drinks. I said no but I would like to borrow and wash cloth to wipe a table. She then rolled her eyes at me again and annoyingly said “what for”. I said all the tables and chairs are dirty and there is nowhere to sit. She then was even more irritated and said ” I will just clean them off myself”. Customer service was horrible and will not be coming back again!

I did not like the fact, that the ordering process is automated! Too many, places are removing the personal customer service aspect from the business. Cold and removed. I will not be revisiting Taco Bell, in the future. Sorry

After a long, hard, 15 hour shift at the local Walgreens, I decided to bet on my luck and chose Taco Bell as my dinner for the night. First, when waking into the establishment, I was greeted with a jot so nice employee. The worker looked me up and down multiple times, chewed her gum loudly with her mouth open, and rolled her eyes several times when I asked her nicely to repeat something she has said. I did not take this lightly and was very offended by her actions, especially since my family has dealt with life long problems of hearing issues. Secondly, when ordering, I specifically asked for NO cheese on my 3 Doritos locos tacos supreme combo. I made sure to check for no cheese on my order since I am extremely lactose intolerant. Lastly, when I had a finally received my food after a LONG wait, I was given slightly unwrapped, cold, food. The taco shell around the filling was also soggy, which incase you were wondering is very unpleasant. Even though I thought this couldn’t get any worse, it did. Turns out my tacos were filled with cheese anyways, and I was greeted with an unpleasant, painful, surprise on the toilet early the next morning. The closest I can describe to this pain was massive, spicy kidney stones passing through me. All in all, I will never put myself through the trauma I expierced at Taco Bell.

This location is the closest to me and the most convenient but I will be going to other locations farther away from now on. They are not very consistent in getting my orders correct even when I don’t have special requests but I dealt with it because they are the most convenient. Today however, when I requested to have the chips separate from everything else in the nacho bell grande, for the legitimate reason of they are soggy by the time I get where I’m going, I was told that they cannot do that. Why would that be a problem? I’m not asking for extra chips, they could even just dump them in the bag.

After a very long volleyball tournament I went to Taco Bell to try and help my cravings. I ordered a large Dr Pepper and a quesadilla, so first they gave me a large sprite?? And my quesadilla had no cheese, like how can you forget the cheese it’s the main part… So then my mom got a crunch wrap supreme and a Diet Coke…. They gave her Dr Pepper. The crunch wrap supreme was terrible, it gave her the worst stomach pain of her life, she later had to go to the ER. So I recommend going somewhere else. Lastly I ordered a bean burrito, that was horrible I wanted to throw it back up on the car ride home and since I came from a volleyball tournament I had a 2 hour drive home. My stomach hurt so bad and so did my mothers so please don’t go and save your stomach some peace.
