I used to go to this place every single day for over a year in the 2021/2022 seasons. The service was phenomenal, the employees were fast…. For the past 8 months or so, every since all of those employees left, this place has been an absolute disaster. You go to the drive through, and you wait 20+ minutes to get your order — even if it’s only a single drink. If you go in, the employees are all socializing with one another, and taking their time with the drive-thru orders and you wait for your order there too. No matter what time of day, no matter what day of the week or week of the month you go, e excuse is always the same: “We’re short-staffed”. Either hire more employees and stop hiding behind that excuse, or get someone better to handle scheduling.

Wait time’s in the drive thru are rediculously long sometimes. I’ve actually seen people leave because of the long wait times. I’ve personally gotten the same coffee every morning for over a year and it’s never consistent. Either they don’t put sugar in it or they don’t put the espresso in it or I’ve even gotten the wrong coffee. Right label wrong coffee. I’m a firm believer in staying loyal to a business. I like my DD coffee in the morning before work and sometimes after work.

Not sure what has happened to this particular store but the service has been terrible for weeks. They can’t handle more that two orders at a time at the drive thru. You are waiting quite a period of time to get your order, even if there are no patrons going into the establishment. There is hardly any ice in the cold drinks and often the orders are wrong. It doesn’t just happen to me but other members of my family and also local friends have complained. Used to be a well run shop but it is worth going to other stores if you want Duncan.

I write this review as I’m currently sitting in the drive-through for the last 25 minutes. There are three cars in the drive-through. I ordered a single iced coffee and I am still here. The worst part is I can’t get out. I’m stuck behind all of these cars now. They used to have good service here. I don’t know what happened, but this is getting a little ridiculous.**** update the three cars ahead of me all got one drink so that really doesn’t explain the now 30 minutes. Also, my coffee taste like Swampwater.

Excellent staff. Just beware! This location uses liquid sugar in all drinks including hot beverages. Remember to specify if you do not want liquid sugar or you will get it by default. That’s the only thing that makes me sad about this location specifically in the hundreds of Dunkin’s I’ve been to in this country.
