This Fazoli’s has been over the top wonderful every time I have been here. The customer service cannot be beat. The staff at this location are always so nice and so attentive. They make you feel welcome and they are on top of cleanliness inside the restaurant. The food is hot and accurate. The pepperoni pizza had cheese under the pepperoni pieces and on top of them too! That made for an excellent bite. The new garlic chicken ravioli was out of this world good. I really hope they keep it on the menu. The Chicken Parmesan was great per usual. The portion sizes were large, especially for the price. They had to go boxes in the cafe ready for customers who dined in to grab when they were ready if they needed it and I really liked how convenient that was. The condiment bar was stocked up, organized, and clean. I really cannot suggest this Fazoli’s location enough if you’re looking for a quick Italian meal on the cheap. They are amazing here and I hope upper management knows just how wonderful the staff is here!

First and foremost I love fazoli’s!!! I ordered a gluten free chicken pesto rotini pasta, got my order home no bread sticks and my pasta dish didn’t have any pesto sauce at all it was very dry smh the last couple of times we came to fazolis we have had issues this is the first time in months I have been and I am very disappointed…

Great fast food Italian. We love to stop at Fazoli’s while we’re traveling when we can find one on our route. Good food and priced very well. This particular restaurant was very clean and up to date. Our food was delivered to the table promptly and was nice and hot. The bread sticks served with the meal were over the top wonderful. I highly recommend this Fazoli’s.

Worst experience ever. First kids meal on Tuesday have doubled. They allow the power adult meal, but would let us other another adult meal, so some of us didn’t eat. The kids drinks that always have been free with kids meals, she charged ,20 for. If the promotion they have had for years had changed it should be posted. My older daughter ordered while I was in the restroom. Sage panicked and paid the high unexpected price. If I were aware, we would have just walked out and went somewhere else. She was hateful to my daughter. My daughter is an adult now and we have many kids. We have been customers since my agent daughter was a toddler. I can’t believe they treat recruiting customers so badly. Never returning to Hurstbourn location again.

Cleanliness is an issue at this location. Bathrooms, trash cans, busting tables and general wiping and clean up are needing improvements. While ordering staff member was on her cell speaking to another employee about she better not miss or it may be termination. Inappropriate at the front while taking orders. Staffing may be a component of issues at this location.

The last 2 times we have been there service has not been good. I ordered and paid for extra cheese and did not get it. Ordered chicken Fettichini Alfredo but did not receive the chicken. The pasta was old. Very disappointed. Service has gone way down.
