I order from Chanello’s for my family about 6+ times a month. I usually order online. Only because they have a reward program that gives u $10 once u hit a certain amount of points. The food is always absolutely amazing. I have only had .maybe 2 or 3 issues in the past with my order. But 2 times out the 3 they have fixed that min. Or they have gave me a store credit for whenever. Staff has been great of course I have my few favorites there. Overall I would pick Chanello’s over any other pizza spot anyday

Just opened up the chicken fajita Sub and it was supposed to be toasted. It was wilted and soggy but definitely not toasted. I grew up in another town where they made the best subs. This is not a sub. Can you find the chicken?

Always great food and service. However, i did have one salad issue (completely ran out and did call me to say I wouldn’t get salad; but sent an employee to the local Food Lion and the usual Romain was replaced with iceberg which I can’t digest well). Got an E for Effort, but need to be sure customer can eat the replacement.

Hopewell Chanellos man yelling at me on the phone stating that he could not do a u turn in front of Fort Lee Jackson Circle. I said sir I will stand at the round about so you don’t need to come in to the straight away. He screamed emphatically he could not! He yelled on the phone in my ear, and I told him not to be ignorant; that he could google earth it, and lost a loyal customer. Sir here is the pic of the round about so you can later help people out. I would have stood there.

I decided to go with Chanellos tonight. After an hour of waiting ( I am a general manager for another pizza company so I understand it gets busy) I had my husband call, called 6 times with no answer. Finally the driver called me and said he had my pizza but was not able to get on base (Fort Lee). He was very polite, the issue though is that I ordered for delivery and pay a delivery charge. I shouldn’t have to get into my car to meet the driver. My second issue is that you shouldn’t allow military families on base to order pizza if your driver doesn’t have base access. Lack of communication.
