Worst coffee ever. I love coffee, but not here. I had to put 9 creamers to lighten it up, but still was too strong and did not taste good. They need to try some Kona Coffee and business would be booming. No people here and McDonald’s down the road is packed.

Drum Blanket

The inside of this store is a disgusting mess. The tables are never clean, the ketchup dispenser is always ALWAYS empty, the staff is loud and obnoxious, the drink station is a disaster and never cleaned. The food is actually made really well and always tastes good except the chicken nuggets because they’re usually as old as the building itself. I recommend you stay out of the building and go through the drive thru if you want a good experience.

Just stopped in to try the new Philly King. I couldn’t possibly be more disappointed. There was barely a half ounce of cheese sauce and not enough onions to notice. the customer service in the people were very friendly and helpful but when you serve food like that people will not come back.

This location hasn’t been remodeled yet, so its still old school. They don’t even have the free style coke machines. So sad. But for down marks on a decor that is from the 80s they make up for in service. The girl that took our order was super friendly and even made suggestions which is so unusual for a fast food place. Our food came out correct and the fries were hot and fresh. The guy that was working the drive thru and even gave us our food was surprisingly friendly. He even made conversation with me as I walked up to the counter. I think what surprised me the most was that he was leaving for the day, changed into street clothes, yet walked behind the counter to take someone’s order because no one else was up front. That’s how customer service should be!

This restaurant has a reputation for incorrectly made sandwiches. Everything on them when special orders are made, missing cheese, wrong drinks, etc. On my last visit, I thought I was fine because I watched the guy make my food. Clean bun, cheese, whopper meat, ketchup, pickles.. Just like they were supposed to have.
