EXCELLENT! Where Subway once was Liberty Taco now is, with an appealing storefront. The sign that advertised breakfast tacos is what really hooked me, so I stepped in. I’m glad I did.

This is no regular taco joint! This is the 3rd LT restaurant. They recently opened and seem to be doing great! Parking is very convenient. Love that! Service was great. The young man helping me made suggestions and was super informative. Tasty tacos and lots of menu options. I had the Texas Brisket and the Cali Club, both on a flour tortilla. They must be freshly made as you order because both tacos were piping hot! The atmosphere is good with fun murals on the wall. They have bar top type seating available and regular tables with chairs if you prefer a lower style. The fountain drinks are Pepsi products. They also have a small standing cooler with Bubly canned drinks and juices. There are a couple tables outside for dining too. Good news, Liberty Taco serves breakfast tacos all day! I can’t wait to try those! They open at 7AM weekdays.

Happened to swing in this past week to grab a quick lunch and wow! Jackpot! Tried 2 tacos each from different parts of the menu and loved both of them. These tacos are legit! I have not found any place in the memorial area that pulls off breakfast tacos better than Liberty. This just became my weekly pit stop on the way to work. Friendly staff, quick service, ample seating. I went back yesterday to try some different ones, and again today let the family sample the regular menu. Visit this place you won’t be disappointed! We can’t let something like this leave the area!

Great breakfast tacos! I went around 9am on a Thursday, no line, tacos came out in 3-5 minutes hot and ingredients were great! Good quality and size for bacon and egg, and reasonably priced

My husband & I happened to see this restaurant, visiting a nearby place. We tried it for breakfast, then dinner. I had the Cajun Fish and Tequila Shrimp tacos. My husband had the Barbacoa, then the Cali Club. They were all SO good! The queso was also really good– everything exceeded my initial expectations!

I came here with my husband and kids. We all enjoyed our food. The beef tacos were great and so were the chicken ones. The tacos were flavorful and the staff was cordial and friendly. Very nice and clean restaurant. Happy that we’re getting more options for a quick bite at memorial city.
