I wish I can give 7 instead of 5 stars. Their smoking meat is the real deal. We saw the truck in K & J home-grown Arcadia and tried the wings, pulled pork and ribs. Everything is excellent. Make sure you stop by and try their food whenever you see the truck.

Shopped at K&J Meat Market in Arcadia and came out to the smell of enticing BBQ. We went over to Smokin’ Bear and tried the ribs, sausage and sides of potato salad, green beans, and coleslaw. Great Service , excellent food and the price is right! We will definitely be eating at Smokin’ Bear again.

Amazing, heavenly, food. The ribs were falling off the bones and the pulled pork was tender. We found this Amazing place in lake placid, next to the marathon. Keep an eye out for them. We definitely will be returning. I’d add photos of the food, but we ate it too quick

FANTASTIC food. This is a gem. He moves his rig around but we catch him when he’s parked at K&J in Arcadia. Please go out of your way to find him and try his food. Best smoked ribs we’ve had and their homemade bbq sauce is heavenly! You can get a whole rack of ribs for $20 or a pulled pork sandwich (huge) for $6. We haven’t tried the chicken yet because we just can’t get past the ribs, they are fall of the bone delicious. All we need to do now is figure out how to get Guy Fieri to pay a visit.
