Food was really good. Highly recommend the shrimp tacos. I was in Des Moines for a function and we stopped here to eat on our way back home to Cedar Rapids, IA. It is definitely a place I would eat at again, if I’m ever in the area again.

The food tasted fine and was what I consider to be “semi-authentic”. Overall it was an everage experience. I visited around 3pm on a Thursday and was the only customer there at that time. A little overpriced for what you get, but not bad.

I love this place!! Clean & the menu is not crazy like some. I had the burrito, inside was ground beef, rice, lettuce (just a bit) cilantro, tomatoes, cheese & a bit of hot sauce. Oh, I added their cheese sauce on top. Delish. I’m thrilled because usually all I get in my burrito is ground beef .

We love to go here for great mexican food. I especially like their ‘hot’ salsa. Mix a lil in w/their normal n u can make it to the spicy of ur taste. We do silent auction fundraisers for our hometown pre-school. The owner is one of the best bid for restaurants, knowing this, has always been glad to help.

We ate here for dinner. If I could do 3.5 stars, I would. The service was great! The bean dip was wonderful. My son had a taco with ground beef and I had an enchilada with ground beef. Our beef was not seasoned, so that took away from the food a little. My daughter had a kid’s steak quesadilla and the steak was over seasoned. We will try it again. Everyone has an off day. 🙂
