If I could give zero stars I would. This location NEVER gets my Doordash order right. I have tried countless times now to get a CHICKEN grilled cheese burrito, which is a menu option on Doordash, and they NEVER get it right. Every time I get ground beef. This last attempt I actually CALLED the restaurant to make sure it would be prepared correctly. Nope. No chicken. Beef again. I’m getting charged $7 for this burrito, I expect it to be correct. Why is this so difficult?

Let’s face it. Taco bell is not a 5 star restaurant under any circumstance. The food was hot, correct, and super fast. The clerk just was not getting it. I was literally pointing at 2ftx3ft picture right behind her of I wanted and she couldn’t figure it out. Once a Mgr finally helped her, she put my receipt and change in a pile and offered it to me. I put my hand out and asked, “what do you have there”? Expecting to be told my order # and how much change she was giving me. She placed it in my hand. Then, showed me her empty hands and said, *nothing”. I said, “the change”. She said, “it’s 87 cents”. Referring to the coins only. My change was 8.87. Don’t y’all teach your clerks basic customer service? “Your change is 8.87. Your order number is 10.” Or, dare i ask that you teach them how to count change back to the customer? That’s probably too much to ask for the measles wage of $18/hrs though

Do yourself a favor. Don’t doordash anything from here. I specified 20 sauces because anywhere I order never give me any sauce and guess what. 20 specified sauces later. Nothing. Same at the drive through every time. Idk about anyone else but what is taco bell without the sauce packets!?!? Don’t doordash. If you drive through get yourself some handfuls from inside before you leave.

We ordered from here once again. They added two enchiladas to one container and then they add hair for extra and it’s deep in there. It won’t come out. These people are disgusting. Get it together. Your CEO should be disappointed in you guys. Wear your hair nets for god sake.

Management seriously needs to clean house and replace their staff by people who actually work and who aren’t a bunch of teenagers. I had to repeat my order multiple times and when it finally showed up correct on the screen, what I received was not made properly. Every single item was barely filled with ingredients, there were literally FIVE chips in the chips and cheese baggie. Staff were just gossiping and laughing the entire time, the girl at the window sounded miserable. This the worst Taco Bell in Clovis hands down. I learned my lesson and won’t come back here no matter how close it is to my home

Taco bell is just not what it used to be. The steak breakfast burrito is seriously disgusting . The rest of the food has become mediocre and yet they continue to raise prices. Oh and the drive through employees should learn what manors are; please, thank you, have a great day and so on .
