I love this Casey’s! It’s by my house so I’m in there very often for everything! I almost always get my gas the there and of course drinks and snacks all the time and the cashiers are always so kind and the guy that’s been working in the food area when I’ve been in there is really good and I personally met the new manager recently and he’s really great, personally introduced himself, very impressed ! The store has been nice and clean with such a friendly atmosphere! I’ve never left a review for this store in all the years I’ve been going in there from the time it was kum n go till now but I’ve just really been impressed by the new store with the new manager and cashiers/workers! Y’all are doing a great job! Way to go Casey’s!

20230702T2007 – I stopped at Casey’s to get something to drink and a carton of cigarettes. When I went to the counter the young man had so much hair in his face from his head I don’t know how he saw anything. When I noticed is he saw his phone a whole lot during the whole transaction. I had to wait for him at least twice to do something and he was just staring at his phone the whole time. I had to ask for a bag since he aw the transaction was complete and said “You’re good” and went back to his phone. Normally my experiences with Casey’s employees are always great. I think this young man could do with some customer interaction training. Or is Casey’s having trouble finding employees?

The gas pumps are constantly messed up. Ever since the E85 gas that our cars use went down in price they have had the pumps covered. They are the only station in town that sells e85 (because kum & go did). It cost me $20 a tank more because of this. They took out Redbox, put in a atm that costs to use and your bank charges. The food is awful and made me sick. Snacks are ridiculously high. If e85 is gone we will go elsewhere for our fuel needs. I would do fewer stars if possible

E85 gas is recommended for my jeep, and they have it. The team members in the store are nice. Love getting my coffee there. They have it set up for hot or on ice. Clean, too!

This is the really the worst gas station ever. It’s sad that Kum and Go sold to them. Ever since they took over the pop machines never work, the slushees have been non existent. If k&g could manage these things. Why can’t Casey’s? I truly hope another gas station opens on the east side of Muskogee because so many people would abandon these terrible stores. Further more I don’t think I’ve ever seen a gas station chain so disliked as I’ve seen since Casey bought the k&g locations. Literally no one is happy: and I would’ve gone lower with the stars if it were an option. It’s that bad

It’s sad how ever since the change over that every time I enter the store it is guaranteed that the pizza by the slice is going to be old as hell, the pop coolers mostly empty, most of the shelves are dirty and not stocked, and what’s worse the staff is unfriendly.
