I ordered inside the store. My order taker, Michael, was incredibly kind and patient. I think he was a bit new, because he stopped the young lady behind the sandwich making area and asked her a question and I was completely shocked at her behavior. I want to say her name might have been Jordan? She never smiled. She looked so annoyed that she had to stop what she was doing to help Michael (and me, the customer) she then copped an actual attitude when explaining to michael what to do next. He was asking how he could back up because he accidentally hit the wrong button and she said (with the biggest attitude) “You have to CANCEL IT AND START OVER.” and then roller her eyes and walked away. I am shocked that someone would behave like this towards other coworkers and let alone IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER. She should not be anywhere near face to face interaction and this is not my first time at this location where she has been extremely rude and uninterested in anything. I understand people have bad days, I myself have been in the service industry for over a decade, but would it kill you to smile in front of a customer even if it’s fake. I commend michael for his patience, his smile, his kindness. Recognize him and the long haired gentleman that made my sandwich, he was also very kind and my sandwich was delicious thanks to him. Please have a conversation with the young lady.

jimmy John’s ads say they are fast. They don’t tout there food quality, original menu, sanitation or quality of service. I know why now. Yes it was fast but I have had better sandwiches from a vending machine and the service was absent. For some reason they keep all napkins behind the counter and you have to reach over the counter to get one. Find another sandwich shop or just bring one from home.
