I stopped by and grabbed a brisket platter for lunch. The customer service was excellent. But most importantly, the brisket was really good. Really good brisket is hard to nail, but Memphis Street produces a product that is juicy, tender, and perfectly balanced with smoke and seasoning. So far, I haven’t found another BBQ restaurant in Chattanooga that has brisket anywhere close to this. Check out the smoke ring on the brisket. The potato salad and baked beans were really good too. I like that they go the extra step to get some smoke on the baked beans. I will definitely be back!

Impulsively I stopped by Memphis BBQ to get some brisket. Then decided to add ribs. The owner asked if I liked potato salad. I said “yes”. (Who doesn’t like potato salad with ribs??) so he gave me a complimentary serving! How nice!! Actually had to take a bite in my truck. Couldn’t wait to get home. Wow! Yuuuuummmy!!!

The beans the potatoes salad, the pecan pie, The brisket and the pulled pork are to DIE for. This is our new spot when we come to Tennessee! You need to try it! Freshly made every day. The bbq sauce on the brisket and pulled pork…amazing. My husband said it’s the best brisket he has ever had! Very good prices too and very nice people. Thank you again.

On a dad/daughter date, stopped on a motorcycle ride and ate here. I got the brisket plate and the daughter got the brisket sammich. (Yup, spelled right! LOL) The portions were a healthy size! The brisket had great flavor and with just a bit of BBQ sauce, it took it to the next level! The fries were hot and freshly made. Crispy on the outside, steamy and yummy inside! Really liked the seasoning they added to them. Both the slaw and potato salad could have used a bit more pop on the seasoning. It’s a great little place. The two working were so helpful and friendly! The price was extremely reasonable for some good BBQ. Loved the smoker out front and the delicious smells from it! Favorite part was the cashier taking out a fly with a salt-gun! Cracked us up. (Daisy duke shorts, cowboy boots and a salt-gun up on her shoulder! ) I’ll be eating here again because it’s the best BBQ in Ooltewah!

Ordered the brisket. The quantity of meat served was exceptional, but the flavor and seasoning weren’t good. The “baked” beans were tasteless, as if from a can. The potato salad was much better than most served at restaurants. The $60+ meal was overall disappointing!

Was in the area and decided to stop by for some authentic bbq! The restaurant itself has a nice comfortable atmosphere with a few tables to dine at inside as well as a shaded area outside to eat. Service was great, very friendly folks and the food was ready fast!

Paul and his crew sure make some good food. The provide a personal experience also, seems every time I’m in there they know the customers and are conversing! Such a good home town feel. You can tell the meat is sloooooow cooked it’s so good! The bbq fries are unreal!
