I’m pretty sure their #1 had pickles in the picture . So I think my burger was missing its pickles. Was too tired to go back and tell them about the missing pickles. overall, food was ok, lemonade was not enough but was good oh and they also got one of our drink wrong but wasn’t a big deal for person who got their order wrong.

The GM is too grown to be working on the line cooking food but not even know how to make it correctly. No one in that building knew what they were doing. The GM hid behind her staff members because she couldn’t speak for herself. Food was cold and wrong. Asked for a refund and she hid herself told me to deal with it myself because of the app. Will be calling whoever I need to tomorrow to get ahold of the DM because I won’t be paying for nasty food made by nasty people. And a long wait time as well. I know it’s fast food but COME ON BRO.

Worst experience I have had in a long time. The guy who helped me sounded extremely bored. I didn’t get my large chili or my barbecue sauce. I got the wrong baked potato. My Coke zero was extremely watery right out of the window. And somehow at 6 p.m. I got cold, soggy fries. Now I know why the place was empty in the middle of dinner.

Just went in the drive thru about 10 minutes ago. I went right up to order it was about 10 minutes for me to order 6 items all of the time the worker was either laughing or slurring her words while messing it up. Got up to the window and watched another worker dump out the drink that I had ordered 5 times while still filling it up with ice (I had asked for lite ice). Then my total was $31.22 which I gave $101.22 for change of $70. Nope I got back $68.76, not correct again. I left with my 4 sandwiches and 2 drinks finally after almost waiting for 25 minutes total. Got home and the sandwiches were completely wrong. Tried calling the store to discuss these issues but no answer.

The food was Wendy’s its always the same but the girl on drive through was rude. I had ordered a frosty for each of my kids. I got to the window and she handed me one. I said oh you forgot one and she said no I didn’t. I said um yes I ordered two. She said no you didn’t if you want another one you can just drive around and get back in line. I didn’t want to deal with that so 1 kid got the frosty and I took the other to kwik trip and got them a treat.

This Wendy’s seemed pretty average. The wait time in the drive through didn’t take that long. The girl at the window didn’t say one word to me or tell me what the total was before taking my payment which felt odd. Food was decent.

Super short line in the drive thru. 2nd in line and waited waaaay too long. What was most frustrating is this person SITTING right by the window. Not doing anything. Not helping. If they are on their break, they should not be sitting by the drive thru window. Was told there are only 2 people working. However it was obviously only one since this person sat and didn’t help at all. It looks so unprofessional. Been here before and the main owner is fantastic. She gets things done sooooo quickly!

Second star given because window person was friendly. Burger was luke-warm. Diet Coke had zero flavor, soda water only. Fries were the highlight of the meal. No ketchup in the bag. Very disappointing. Go to Culver’s instead.

Hours are super wrong. Website says 6:30 open for breakfast, showed up around 6:45, not a single person bothered to say anything at the drive through, not even to tel me they were having a late start today or anything. Please fix your hours if your employees aren’t able to finish prep by 630
