Excellent service! I usually get the fish and shrimp combo, but today, I tried Rollo de Mariscos. It was AMAZING!!! Fish Filet stuffed with shrimp and cheese and then fried and served on some sauce.

Ordered online at 3:30pm for pick up at 5:30pm, we arrived on time and was informed that our order had been sitting under a warmer for half an hour because they started my order early in case of a rush! Excuse me? So needless to say, my order was very soggy (seafood botana & a regular botana) my family and I were very disappointed. Restaurant was empty when we arrived.

Super disgusted. When we got there, the afternoon waitress explained to us that due to Covid-19 they couldn’t give menus per county orders, and we could look online at the menu on our phone. Understandable, but I also know that she should be wearing a face mask. We knew what we wanted so no big deal. We were served out plates with errors. Mind you, only us and one other couple were there. She then proceeded to cough and sneeze all over the restaurant with no mask. Didn’t wash her hands, then sat down to count her tips. No washing of hands. No hygiene.

The fajitas were tough and over seasoned. Our table was one of two tables and even then the service was bad. We were given one napkin and had to get up to ask for a cup refill. The prices for the quality is way overpriced. Needless to say I won’t be returning

I have been coming here for 1/2 my life… Great food and atmosphere… For the past 2 years We have begun looking for another place to go and have dinner and drinks… With No exaggeration I would come here 2-3 times a week for Social time with spouse and friends… We have seen staff go and come back and leave again… Our bill would be in the High end and has come to Once a week and the amount spend($300 to $400 ) has gone to $20 to $100… Only (2 or 3 guest) The Owners are Wonderful but the Evening Manager is rude and has had words with my company. She has yet to tell me anything but as management background it is Very Wrong… If we were to keep staff from working then I can understand… We give waiters a chance but when service is not good We stick to the best… To many issues and Not allowing certain waiter to speak or talk to us is just Wrong in so many levels!!!

Went there today and it took longer for the waitress to charge me for my take out order than it took her to take my order and deliver me my plate. Food would’ve also been better if it was fresher but that goes back to my first issue.
