Picked up in the drive thru and they forgot my chicken minis . When i went in to inquire about them , they insisted i was lying . When i showed them the receipt they finally gave them to me . After getting back to the car and opening them i noticed one whole mini sandwich missing and one of them fallen apart ! Screw CFA never coming back here again

Who doesn’t love this place? From service to food very attentive. Associates are real friendly a make sure you have all you need, even when you’re sitting down enjoying the food and run out of napkins, drinks or sauce. Surprisingly as busy as they always are, the order makes it out expeditiously some they can be friendly to the next guest. Love the place!!

The food and service is excellent. Typical Chic-fil-a inside. The only negative side about this particular store is the drive through line. Often wraps all the way around the building and into the road. The line actually moves pretty fast but they could really use a second drive through. I love thier grilled nuggets, salads, and Avocado lime salad dressing. My kids and husband love their spicy chicken sandwich. Just that line….it’s really really long. Sometimes I wait anyway because it’s just so good. I went there this past Thursday around 7pm…took 42 minutes to get through the line. The attached photo was taken when we entered the line in the roadway.

Worst experience I’ve had at Chic-fil-A. Took over 30 minutes to go through drive thru, since the line was backed up and no one was helping with the line outside. After I got my food, people finally came out to take orders outside. Once I got my food, my fries were hard and old. I told one of the guys taking orders and he told me to get back in the line and tell them at the window. After I told him I didn’t want to do that, he took the fries inside and got fresh ones. I will definitely avoid coming after 5pm. The lunch crew is always fast, efficient, and friendly!

Don’t go here if you are looking for ” fast food.” The line is always around the building and they have many many employees standing around looking bored. It’s very strange that it’s not more efficient like it use to be. I waited 20 minutes in the drive threw and was still 3 cars back from ordering before decided the next closest store would be faster.
