If I could give them a negative start I really would! Ordered my pizza at 6:15 and didn’t end up getting the pizza till 8:25 and it was so cold my husband spit it out like it was old pizza from the days before. Called to get a new pizza the man was very rude but said keep the cold pizza we will send a new one. New pizza didn’t come till almost 10pm by this time both my kids are in bed and my husband was sleeping for work the next day. I will never order from this place again because the pizza I ended up getting the 2nd time was still not hot but they closed by the time I could even call to say anything again. Save your money that’s for sure!!

Either understaffed or they just don’t give a flying eff. Maybe both. I have been on hold with them for 15 minutes before, drove all the way to the store, and when asked how I could be helped, I showed them that I was still waiting for them to pick up the phone. Quite sure the delivery guy just throws the garlic knots in the car because by the time they get here, the box has more flavor than the bread itself. Also, watch out for the new pan pizza. It arrived to us so crispy that we actually drove it back. They said “this is how it comes now” because they have to put it through the oven 2 times for it to cook through. The staff here probably aren’t paid enough to care, and it definitely shows through their poor customer service and product.

Use to be good, but when I ordered last weekend the pizza was dry and cold. I completed the review online, the managed emailed me and asked me to email him back so he could fix the situation. I emailed him back as requested and he never responded; why purposefully waste my time like that? Their customer service is as bad as their pizza evidently. I’d highly suggest Pizzazz instead.

Really horrible customer service. Pizza showed up 2 hours late. One time the put ANCHOIVIES on my pizza when I asked for artichokes. Didn’t realize it until i took the first bite and my breath smelled like fish the rest of the night.

I ordered and my pizza had been mixed up with another order and the delivery was late because of traffic and I called the Manager Trina was really nice and immediately offered to fix it she gave me a credit for a new pizza ……. Today I called to get that pizza and Trina was there and again she was really nice and even added a free brownie they were on time and the pizza was amazing I think this is a great store I read other comments and honestly if you order pizza for delivery after or around 5 in the evening on post I don’t know why you would think it would be on time the traffic is crazy and it would be unrealistic to expect a delivery in 30 minutes in rush hour traffic here…. Give them a break they are not super hero’s!!!!
