I never gave this place a 1 star intentionally but I was going through my reviews and I relized that somehow that I somehow had, I always had great food from this place, and the staff was always really nice! We no longer eat here for personal reasons, that have nothing to do with service, food or prices.

Upon entering it took the waitress over 10 minutes to get even get the menus. The waitress also couldn’t get our orders right and kept switching me and my friends. The two tables behind us were left dirty 20 minutes after the previous customers left. The floor was disgusting. The waitress also questioned my friend when she asked for another drink because the one she ordered was watered down and nasty. (Don’t order lemonade . Kids were running around everywhere killing bugs, picking their nose and handling refreshments. No one running in/out of the kitchen had gloves or hair nets on. The bathroom was atrocious and had a moldy smell to it. To go to the bathroom you had to walk through the kitchen and the kitchen was unsanitary. The only bright side is the food I order had good flavor and was really good. They just need to clean the place up and get better staff.

Busy Bee Cafe was nasty… food on the carpet floors tables left unwiped and took forever to be cleaned off after the customer left. Took over 10 minutes for us to be brought menus the lady even messed up our drinks and questioned me when I told her the lemonade was watered down. Then mixed up my friend and my order along with not being able to explain to us what was on some of the menu items. Nobody wore hair nets coming in and out of the kitchen. The bathroom was utterly atrocious and kids ran around the cafe picking there noses touching glasses and refreshments along with killing bugs and leaving them on the floor. The only good thing about the restaurant was the fact that the food was good

Staff very friendly and great food the reason for a low rating is the first time i visited i went to pay with a cred it card and was told they use to take credit cards but no longer accept them. i was directed to use their ATM. So they dont take cards because they dont want to pay the fees but they direct their customers to use their atm that charges YOU the customer 3 dollars just to pay for your meal. I wont be doing buisness with them again.

The waitress was young and inexperiencedfriendly but not efficient . I asked for a cup of regular coffee and she brought me a cup that was strong enough to be on its own and then when I complained about it and asked for a fresh cup she gave me decaf and it was as better as the one before but my foid was excellent
