Each time I have been here it has gotten progressively worse. They used to have hot-n-ready pizza. That’s mainly why I went quick, cheap and easy. Now when I go there, they have no pizzas ready and you are met with some of the worst customer service. Not only are you ignored but it seems as though the customers are a downright p.i.t.a for the employees. Too bad because like I said it used to be quick,cheap and easy. Now you’re better off ordering online….from somewhere else.

Service is terrible now. Lost my order and after 5 minutes found it was right there the whole time. Then came in to find out they failed to tell me the system was down and it was Cash only. Even called in while I was still there and they still told me to come in and I could use a credit card. It was okay pizza, but after the last two times I will never go back to this location again…but due to location, I’ve came back a few times. Still better places to order from, but wasn’t awful. Bummed them up to 2 stars.

The people they have working there have no clue how to run that place. Called in my order they said 15 minutes I show up 15 minutes and I have to wait in line for 15 more minutes just to get my food as I’m looking at it getting cold. Everybody there was walking around with no rush at all. Even one of the cooks did not have his long hair pulled back or have a hat on. And when I got home one of my pizzas was incorrect!

The young guy who took our order was friendly but obviously didn’t know what he was doing. Idk if he was new or what. Also he had his manager come help. His manager read our order back to us correctly but still managed to get the pizza wrong. But normally we don’t have any problems.
