This Pizza Hut knows customer service. My wife and I olive coming here to pick up our pizza. The inside is always festive and the employees are inviting. Ii ordered the wrong crust, I made the call and Jennifer said the pizza is coming out the oven. She not only re-made the pizza but didn’t charge for my blunder. Taking care if the customer is Pizza Hut in Maurice’s first priority.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MAURICE. Multiple times I’ve ordered and they are full of can’t get right. Pay for dips, wings, drinks. Ive given tips for delivery and to my disappointment Nothing is ever a successful order. Spoke with store and hopefully this will be better going forward

I paid 30 and didn’t get all my order and what I didn’t received was incorrect. Nobody answered the phone to correct it. The follow morning, the manager ignored my refund request, lied about the DM contacting me shortly, but most importantly, she had a rude and nasty attitude overall. I am still waiting the DM call. I a week I have placed four orders and the manager made sure to make it my last.

Placed my order, everything was fine, and then I check and saw it was a 2 hour wait. How is it a 2 hour wait on a Wednesday? Tried calling to just cancel the order so I could take my business elsewhere. Now on hold for over 10 minutes.

Ordered pizza and wings this evening and asked for automated order tracking via text. The initial message gave an estimated delivery time 45 minutes out which wasn’t bad. Twenty minutes after ordering I got an update saying our order was out for delivery. We live 5 minutes from the store. After another 30 minutes passed I called and was told it would be here in 5 minutes. It showed up one hour and twenty five minutes after the order was originally placed, and the pizza was cold. Never again! For the $50 I spent on one cold large pizza and 12 wings plus delivery, tax and tip, we could have easily had a good dinner at a local restaurant. Bye bye Pizza Hut

After several trips to this location that have been disappointing at best, this trip was a refreshing experience. The pizza was the best I have had in years, so very much like Pizza Hut should always be. The pizza was Hot, fresh, toping looked great not skimped on, flavor crust was not old. It was just a great experience one I thought Pizza Hut could not deliver any more. I truly hope it stays this way. We do Dominos once a week only because of our past experiences with this location. TODAY I have faith and have returned to my true love in pizza. PIZZA HUT.

The last pizza I ordered had a 15 to 25 min wait. I selected curbside delivery and arrived 20 min after I placed the order. Curbside delivery number was either busy or did not answer the phone. Waited 40 min from time of order before I went inside to find out it was just put into the oven. Got my pizza roughly 50 min after I placed the order. Fix this.
