I see all the positive reviews and realize I must have just been there on a bad night but still felt it was important to share. I went on Wednesday June 21st and had some of the worst service ever. The server’s grandkids were seated at the table behind me and she spent more time visiting with them then ever coming to my table. After I got my menu it took at least 15 minutes for her to come back and take my order. Keep in mind the restaurant was about 50% empty so it definitely wasn’t busy. I ordered a cocktail, the walleye wild rice burger, and fries. 20 minutes go by and I watch her visit her grandkids(walking by me each time) at least 4 times, clear tables, get herself something to drink, etc. and I never end up getting the drink I ordered. Food came out and the walleye wild rice burger was flavorless and the fries tasted like fried fish foods(warning for anyone who might have a seafood allergy as they must use the same fryer). I finally am able to get my check and the server again is too busy with her grandkids to grab my card and ring me up so I can finally leave. She even takes one behind the bar with her while the other goes with dad to the bathroom. All while passing my card sitting at the edge of my table another half dozen times. My water had also sat empty most of this time and was never refilled once. I travel alone a lot, I’ve put in 7,500 miles in the last 6 weeks and eaten out most of the meals and this was unfortunately the worst service I have gotten everywhere I have been.

Ate there for dinner and breakfast and it was delicious both times with nice customer service and family friendly atmosphere. Free street parking.

Nice little spot to eat and drink at. Conveniently near the Willard Munger State Trail. $7 for a craft tap beer. Had a Jay Cooke wrap, which had great flavor but a little too much dressing on it. Unhappy that they charged us a split plate fee of $2.50!

Fantastic small town bar and grill! Food was great, service fast, and solid beer selection. Had a few other intoxicated patrons that gave some weird vibes, but the restaurant itself is great.

The Streetcar is a nice place and always has good service. It’s an easy zip over from the Munger if you’re biking through town, and has a large patio. I like the food, however I finally tried the walleye wild rice burger and was underwhelmed. I didn’t think it tasted like anything. It either needs some seasoning, or need to slather that aioli on *way* more than was on mine. But it’s popular, so maybe I’m just in the minority or caught them on a bad day. Still, it’s a good spot and I’ll be back I’m sure.

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We will definitely stop in again when we travel through to Duluth. Cute little town❤️. The Jay Cooke wrap and the Voyager sandwich were awesome.

Small town Cafe with a robust menu of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, wraps a more with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The deep fried pickles are some of the best that you will find in the area. The burger and chicken sandwich were good. We would definitely return!

The food was really good, we ate outside and although the sun was setting, it was still in need of shade. We really enjoyed all of the food and watching a train go by was an added bonus.

Good, attentive service, even during the dinner rush. I enjoyed the outside seating area. I had the Walleye Sandwich. It was ok, I was hungry and ate the whole thing quickly. It was pretty bland, served on a naked bun with lettuce and tomato slices. I appreciated the lemon wedge, and used it to add some flavor to the fish. This was my first time eating walleye, the texture was nice and flakey, but it didn’t taste like anything. It was served with a tartar sauce that was very sweet, I didn’t care for it. $16 for the sandwich, $7 for a 12oz draft beer.
