I think I’m officially done with this specific store location. Not only did they up their prices after new management took over but the service and quality of their products . I order a butter bagel they put the packets on the side and this is after confirming I want the butter on it. I get a hot chi latte or coffee and they come out like warm. I ask for light ice and I get a cup full of ice, today I ordered a iced cappuccino and got a frozen cappuccino…… If I’m ordering off the app from the parking lot so I can grab and go there’s no reason for me to have to double back everytime smh.

The workers always make my drinks EXACTLY how I like them. Never had an issue here for anything. Very helpful people and you will always be taken care of. I’ve dropped my drink a few times on my way home and everytime they replaced it with no hassle and no charge. Nice workers and management. Always happy here

This place deserves less then a full star. I come here every morning and spend more then 15 dollars. They always mess up my orders. I order a simple iced coffee and they can’t even get it right. I order a bag and I cant even bit it because of how stale and burnt it is. In fact I’m simply ordering two items and it takes them 30 minutes. and in fact the Indian man is horrible. He messed up 2 of my coffees. I’m fed up with this place. Horrible customer service, I’m never satisfied when i come here.

Conveniently located. I wish they had a drive-thru though. The food and drink I ordered we’re okay as default as it gets for Dunkin Donuts. The good thing: they accept on-the-go orders from the mobile app so picking up is a breeze with little wait since you have to go inside.
