I want to start out by saying I love Hope breakfast Bar! Up until the other day, I had only visited the one in downtown Saint Paul! I have recently moved to Plymouth and decided that it was finally time to visit the one in Saint Louis Park! A friend and I went and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute and morsel! I had the biscuits and gravy with over easy eggs and hash browns accompanied with a horchata cafe! She had eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast accompanied by a cafe latte! We each loved what we had and will definitely be returning!

Decided to be spontaneous and try Hope Bar on a weekday. Went to the St. Louis Park location at 10:40 am and it was really busy. We didn’t have a reservation so we had to sit at the bar. Overall, our service was pretty good and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. I liked that we could enjoy the nice weather because they had a big screen garage door that was open.

This is one of my favorite go to restaurants for brunch. Chicken and waffles is a must try. I got the Pistachio cardamom for a coffee drink, love it, just the right amount of cream and sweetness.They are a more busy/ crowded establishment but do a good job at managing the flow.

This was such a cute place to happen into when I wasn’t expecting to be in the area! The staff was all very friendly and inviting! I had Mr toddler with me and so we just did a quick take out order and it was out in like 5 mins! She had a blast watching them cook as well through the see through kitchen. Went to brunch here yesterday with a friend, and it was amazing per usual! The hot sauce at Hope is TOP TIER! Chicken & waffles is always my go to choice! Tried the donuts this time & it was good, definitely more than enough to share with the table! Our server Josie, was amazing and very attentive! We’ll be back!

This place was awesome. It’s in West End shopping center with easy parking in the garage nearby. We had the chicken and waffles and the vegan bowl. Both were amazing. Coffees are excellent with severa l”fancy” choices. 100% go to this place for breakfast/brunch.

Wonderful mimosas, great coffee. My favorite is the lavender latte. The pancakes were large and rich. The pork belly biscuit with grits was phenomenal. Our server was friendly, funny, and made great recommendations. Will absolutely come back soon.
