We like this place a lot. The food is great, especially the milkshakes. Staff is a bit unfriendly, but I always give people the benefit of the doubt that maybe we came on a bad day! We love sitting next to the river, and enjoying the beautiful views. It is right on the way to Shenandoah so a great place to grab food on the way in or out. We also love the fries!

Bad in several ways. Food was bad. Paid $9 for a roast beef “sub.” They burned the meat to a crisp and it was really a medium sized sandwich. See the picture. It was the kind of price to value that I would expect at some dump in a prime real estate location like on the Ocean City boardwalk or in Manhattan. The bread was not bad, though, so it could have been worse, which is the reason for 2 stars rather than 1.

Nice friendly little roadside spot to grab a bite, large menu for such a place. Friendly staff – those whose reviews say otherwise must have been grumpy or rude themselves. Burgers were great, fries were nice & hot/creamy on the inside. We didn’t have to wait very long. Just remember there’s no inside eating – the “porch” waiting area is inside but doors open often so it’s cold.

The food was fresh and delicious. The mozzarella sticks are VERY GOOD!!! Cheese fries are on point too. And hands up for the thin crust pizza, it was very good better than most of the thin crust pizzas I have ever had 10/10!! I nerd to go back and try the shakes now!

Decent little roadside burger and fry shack. Put your order in then wait outside for your order to be called. Picnic tables are available for seating. I’d go back again if in the area.

The one-star reviews are baffling to me. We eat here about once a week, and have never had any issues. The comments that the items are over-priced are ridiculous–just check out other places on Google Maps and compare. This place is closed on Sundays, so they did not close early if they weren’t open! Read the sign carefully. This is good food for the price–the best in Rappahannock County.
