I usually really enjoy getting subway, but this subway made my sandwich so sloppy. they didn’t make a single cut all the way through my sandwich, and the they didn’t rap it properly so half of the sandwich was hanging out and got all over my fiancé’s white shirt. The sandwich was falling out all over the place so I wasn’t even able to finish it. It just made me sad.

Not one of the best subways I’ve ever been to. They were out of several meat choices and sauces from the menu and the employees making sandwiches were impatient with customers placing orders and seemed to not know what was going on around them. There was one man working the cash register who was kind and a good worker. I would recommend just driving to the next Subway down the road.

I ordered two sandwiches for pickup today and while the lady at the counter was kind the sandwiches were terrible. The lady who helped us out was very friendly and apologized for the wait. She also mentioned that they didn’t put creamy sriracha on our sandwiches because they hadn’t seen the note but they could give us some on the side. I did appreciate her helpfulness. However the bread on one of our sandwiches was way smaller than a normal loaf and the bread on the other was so hard and dry that my friend could not eat it. I’ve had problems at this location in the past as well where they either forget things on the sandwich or just make it poorly. Maybe they were just understaffed and training new people but none of my experiences at this location have been up to par.

I ordered steak and egg, they make it garbage food, I lost my appetite. Plus they charged for extra steak which not ordered and not added, they don’t know how to make normal subway☹️Wrapped just like a toilet paper(attached picture)

Honestly the best truck stop Subway! Tim and team were highly efficient, friendly and cared about the food they were making. Got in and out, including walking up to a line of 5 sammies deep in under 15 minutes. HUGE when you’re road-tripping. We make this drive often and will for sure be back. This team deserves a raise!!

I’m not sure if he’s the manager or if he’s just a team member but there’s a gentleman named Tim that works at this Subway and he is awesome. His customer service skills are outstanding He never rushes me when placing an order and always make sure my sandwich is made how I like it. I live in Limon and will continue to grab lunch here when I’m working in town
