The ignorant drive thru employee woman tried to charge me extra for cold foam after she rang me up for a cold brew coldfoam coffee. When I corrected her she responded with a big attitude saying she doesn’t make the prices. When I told her I order this coffee every day she again with a very big attitude responded is the order on the screen correct or not. The total came to almost $8 for a medium cold brew coffee. When I said some not so kind words in response to her terrible attitude and drove off she was hanging out the drive thru window ignorantly waving and smiling at me. I went to the next dunking a short distance down the road. The picture is of the dunkin that actual knows how to ring up a coffee. Pretty pathetic how these people probably get paid $15 an hour and they have 0 customer service skills and can’t even ring out a coffee correctly. She was trying to charge me double.

Every time I come to this Dunkin I order plain bagels toasted with butter and they have consistently gave me dry bagels, so I tried asking for extra butter this time to be charged $2.00 for a broken bagel, drier than the Sahara desert. The speed of service is hit or miss typically always slow, but on the bright side the workers are extremely nice until u call them out on their mistake and they close the window in your face mid sentence.

Slow service with staff that don’t understand what you are ordering at the drive through. Waited over five minutes to order and had to give them the order again when we got to the window. When the drinks did arrive they were not as requested and had a car drive off because they had not taken his order yet.

This place is a complete joke. Best of luck to anyone who wants to order here, to all the self entitled complainers out there, make your own coffee then. It’s not the employees fault, they are left to deal with broken machines and no staff and a woman who constantly harasses them about all the things that they have no control over, losing new hires within weeks or days due to the work environment, and firing hard working employees who rough all that out due to customers who cant be bothered to wait a few minutes for the employees to do what they can with the bare minimum while also getting harrassed on all sides by customers and “management”.

Although they were really busy the staff were so nice and efficient!! Great job to all!! I even heard one lady who appeared to be the manager thank the staff for doing a great job during the rush they had! She could really teach other managers in all types of occupations how to keep their staff happy and motivated!!
