Me and husband grabbed food to go. Tasted really great! I let my daughter eat what was leftover from my all the way hash brows and other half of Texas bacon and cheese burger melt. We all 3 have been in the bathroom for a full 24 hrs now with CRIPPLING diarrhea and murderous cramps. I’m pretty sure we got food poisoning. So I bet because it tasted great, there was some cross contamination somewhere maybe the chili or bacon? Stay away guys

Food is always good for the most part but my server has a huge attitude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She was late to take my order so it was already taken by the cook. She came up and asked me if I would repeat my order to her because she was the one that was suppose to take it. I replied I’ve had a long day after working 17 hours “ask your teammate”. She got an attitude. But the cook make up for her negativity.

I don’t recommend this store went by after work today around 11am. If you want take out you sit at counter. The person responsible took her time, I told her what I need (ham and cheese omelet w/chili and double hashbrowns: scatter, smother, chunk and cover. She asked me about jalapeños I said yes and rewind up I my chili. And if I haven’t looked at my to go order, I wouldn’t have had chili on NOTHING!!!! I GAVE HER 20% GRATITUDE.

Went with a total of four people, all tables were occupied but three at the end of the store. They said that due to COVID they were not able to sit us there, I understood so really did not say anything. They sat us on the bench seats elbow distance from another couple. After we ordered our food another group of people came in they said they had 4 adults and two kids, a waitress started moving the chairs that block the tables and opened it up to them. I give this location zero stars. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my order. I went in and placed the order and went back out to my car. Went back in after a while and was told me and another customer they would have to get out waffles. Then after that the young lady gave me the bag and the order was completely wrong! I told them what the order was supposed to be and went back outside. Returned inside after a little while and was told they thought I had left… Why would I pay for food and leave. I told the cook I saw you pulling bacon so I thought you were preparing the order. The cook and waiter were like they were clueless! although the young waitress was nice, the cook was rude and trying to be smart mouth and the bacon was hard and horrible! Then the manager comes out of the back when it was resolved and they finally understood the order. The manager was rude, has no customer service skills! Talking about she heard us in the back in her office. Well everything’s taken care of now she should’ve been came out the office and I shouldn’t have been waiting almost an hour for a takeout order that should’ve been ready! When this location opened I always went to this location and had great customer service! Now there is new staff and management and the customer service is horrible!!! I do not recommend people go to this location. Staff and management needs to be trained again.
