This morning I visited McDonald’s to get some hotcakes and a hash brown. I didn’t see a combo # number for that particular order. I saw that they had a combo for hot cakes and sausage. Being that I’m a vegetarian I asked the manager can I substitute a hash brown for the sausage he told me NO. I explained I’m a vegetarian and I asked, am I able to substitute anything other than the sausage? He told me NO. I would think that meat cost more than potatoes, but I end up ordering only a hash brown the fact that he couldn’t make a paying customer an exception wasn’t Wise to say the least. I don’t go here often but today my mom wanted a hamburger and fries so I stopped. The gentleman at the first window where I paid couldn’t even say Hi or thank you. Then in to pick up my order… the young man spilled soda down my car since the lid wasn’t on and then proceeded to just look at me. Handed me my food and I said Thank You.. no response. If you hate your job then quit!
