I had never had DQ until 20 min ago. I got the cheeseburger and the chili cheese dog. With a side of cheese curds cause I wanted to give it a fair shot. The chili cheese dog was pretty good and so were the cheese curds. I got to steal a fry from my friend and they were pretty good too. But the burger had a very weird taste to it. Almost like a stinginess. The workers were very polite and very fast paced. If you like DQ you’ll find that the staff at this location are exceptional

First gave this location a shot 2 months ago ordering through the app arrived on time and had to wait an extra 15 minutes. This evening ordered through the drive thru and after paying told they had to make more puppy chow and asked to wait in the mobile order spot. No big deal. After 10 minutes they came out to inform me they weren’t making more puppy chow and offered refund or substitution. Chose a refund and it took an additional 5 minutes to get a refund. Bulldoze this location and bring back Cones n Concoctions. They had better quality food/treats and ran more professionally.

I have attempted eating here on several occasions and have to say I am over it and won’t be back. Every attempt I have made at giving this location another chance has been a terrible experience. I will drive right past this location to go somewhere else. It’s a shame this brand new location is so bad. I have been going to Dairy Queen my entire life and this is by far the worst location i have ever been to. The Main street location can serve 10 orders in the time this place can serve just one. I was really looking forward to this being so close to home but this place is beyond terrible. I would recommend closing down, firing everyone and starting over. A store this new should not have this poor quality and service.

You need a LOT of patience in this drive-through… lots SMH. AND this DQ should take that horrible tasting chili dog off the menu. Now, the onion rings were hot, tasty, and crispy. The Snicker Blizzard was presented to me upside down and proved that it was NICELY thick.

Me and my husband just went there today we were so excited to have the chicken tender baskets, when we pulled in the drive thru and started ordering it was like they had a new person on the headset, we then had to wait in line for about 20 minutes to get our food because they were ‘dropping more fries’ but by the time our food came out my fries were ice cold my husbands were hot but his chicken was so cold like they put it in the fridge. To say that we are unsatisfied is an understatement. They need better training on the staff and they opened up about 2 months ago I think and they are still slow they need to get help. We will not be returning for this reason

So I always get the same thing at DQ a large chocolate ice cream cone. So the problem with this location is that the ratio of milk/cream is off. The ice cream totally not creamy enough there’s way to much ice crystals in the ice cream. You guys need to increase the milk/cream vs whatever else your putting in there. For example go try the DQ in Gahanna and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

I I ordered a medium blizzard at 7:19. Had people who walked in after me get served before me. Then they made my order wrong. And finally left at 7:42pm with a not correct ice cream. There is no order in the shop, especially if you go in. At least at the drive thru they can’t forget you. Terrible experience. Save your time and money, pick a different location.

Waited 30 mins and spent $50 just for my order to be wrong and cold. I live exactly 3 mins away. Everything I ordered was cold. The 5 cars in front of me all had ice cream so who knows how long the food sat and all of that would have been fine if it was just right. The very basic of the job is to ring up the order correctly. It’s very frustrating that in the couple months they have been open not 1 visit has been good.
