My coworker recommended this Subway to me today and to be honest I was weary due the reviews however I had a very pleasant experience! Enough to write a review. The owners were nice and we had a pleasant conversation about how they were the oldest subway in gwinnett county and have been there for 30 years! I will be stopping by regularly now since I work nearby. 🙂 Food was good too!

I come here on occasion, and my main complaint is that the subs are always cold when you get them toasted here. Its as though there was a cold cuts option on their oven and they used it for all types of meat.

So it’s 8.40 pm and the lady at the counter says subway is closed… there is only one customer inside finishing her order and the lady at the counter says she can’t make any more sandwich for the evening since she is alone and all by herself. Extremely unprofessional and zero customer service. I have been here before and every time there is only one staff and they r pretty good, but tonight seemed to be a new employee with no smile on her face and no willingness to make a sandwich !! Improve your customer service else all this location will get is bad reviews… terrible customer service the owner needs to check on the employees

This is the absolute best Subway that I’ve ever been to. It is SUPER clean and the owner and staff are very very nice. Everything is always 100% completely fresh. I have never had an issue with this subway. Also the dining room stays very clean and everything is sanitized to the max! It’s the only subway I will go to!

The worst customer service you will receive at any Subway and it’s coming from employees and store management. I have been coming to this Subway for a few years now and it’s constantly the same rude attitude all the time. I wish there was another one on my way so I don’t have to stop here ever again.
