I’ve ordered from this location on the app 3 times now, and all three times the chips have been quite stale and my bowl has been missing ingredients I asked for. This past time the guacamole tasted off, something was wrong with it.

About what you’d expect from a college town: decent food being served by college kids that can’t wrap a burrito. My main issue is that when my tortilla tore when being wrapped, she remade it without a problem, but as she was moving the stuff inside from the torn tortilla to the new one, she left a good amount of steak and veggies behind and threw it away with the torn tortilla.

I’m super pumped that they built a Qdoba close to my house. The chips and queso is delicious. The spicy queso is a bit too spicy for my taste. The chicken, quesadillas and salsa is spot on. The entrance yo the parking lot is a little awkward because it is narrow. Don’t forget to sign up for rewards that way you can get all kinds of free food. The peach lemonade is a nice complement to the meal. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere reminds me of Nacho Libre. Also the restrooms were kept clean. We eat here at least once every two weeks and the staff is friendly. It’s not too busy for being located in a college town.

Went in for what I thought was good food. The food was horrible. The staff were neglectful. I thought cleaning happened at the end of the day (EOD tasks) they pulled the line out to clean behind while an employee was trying to make the food, was interrupted by the cleaning. Also said to go, the lady at the register pushed the food towards me and said “here ya go”. No bag? I will not go back to any location after this experience.

They don’t know how to ring up multiple separate orders and get the payments correct. I was paying for one order with cash, one with a card and he charged my bosses family’s order to my card. I explained how l wanted to pay but he didn’t pay any attention to what l was saying.

This is overly price. $10.20 barely anything. Corporations need to take a look. Hardly any foods. The staff was afraid to scoop me foods. 1 scoop of rice and one scoop of impossible meat. Barely lettuce, had to Ask for eextra. On lettuce and that all I get. The place need to be reported.

I was asked to “leave” since they were so busy and didn’t feel like filling my order (3 people in line). These workers have to be by far the worst in the entire Norman area, I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. I’ve went to this location 4 times over the past 2 months and each time I’m met with attitude and annoyance that I’m there. Why is it my problem I’m ordering food? Go work somewhere else if you want to yell at customers and complain about your job.

The servers and cooks were very helpful and quick with our order, but once we got to the register, the cashier was very passive and did not pay attention to anything other than specific requests and getting the next customer’s order out the door. I had to ask specifically for my receipt and he half-reached across the register to hand it to me. The drink choices in the Coca-Cola machine were poor and I do not recommend the Cherry Sprite as it seemed to taste like cough drops. However, the food was delicious and made quickly, and I have nothing but praise for it! Overall, the service was mediocre, the food outstanding, and the atmosphere neutral.
