Every time I hear the commercial come on I want to put on my shoes and run out the door. “We have the meats”! When I hear it I just think about all of the wonderfully delicious sandwiches that Arby’s has on their menu. Worst Arby’s we’ve seen anywhere. Of course, just using drive-thru, but when we got our food the fries were luke warm, and some gross brown/gray roast beef mixed with the mound. Ugh! That piece of meat to the right in the pic looked worse in person. This was a Saturday afternoon.

I had the worst experience last night at Arby’s. I went thru the drive thru and attempted to place an order. The spanish girl was VERY RUDE to me. Her tone was total disrespectful. I drove away and attempted to communicate to her that she have to be careful because ppl are crazy out here. She accused me of threatening her when I only wanted a darn sandwich and diet coke. I’ve NEVER dealt with any type of disrespect there the way I dis yesterday. I will be contacting corporate because something needs to be done!!!

First off , they don’t have regular mayonnaise. Most people there don’t speak good English to where you can understand what they are saying. I drive with door dash and try to avoid going there if I can get away with it. They are also short staffed most of the time and don’t have the attitude of getting an order out in a timely manner.

This place is disgusting, couldn’t even eat my food. It was obviously sitting out for hours. the bread on my sandwich had hair on it as well as mold. The fries were not even filled up all the way. Chicken tenders were very nasty as well. I attempted to eat the fries until they tasted like they were sprayed with some chemical. Do not come here!
