So this is the second time at this store that I’ve went through the drive thru to order and the second time this has happened. I ordered a single steakburger with cheese and was charged for and received a double. Single, double. They don’t even sound similar. Please make your cashiers in the drive thru repeat back our orders so that we can make sure that they are correct. I don’t want to pay for and waste something I didn’t order!!

Had drive-thru burger and fries. Cost was $13 for a meal (burger, fries, drink). Had the jalapeno-something burger. Shoestring fries were okay and not too salty. Burger was okay and a small gut bomb but most drive-thru burgers are gut bombs. Services was adequate, it was a drive thru. I know others who love their food, which is better than McD’s.

I stopped and picked up two custards and drove less than a qtr mile home. Completely liquid in less than 5 minutes. Called the manager to inform of the issue, told me what was he supposed to do, that he had a bunch of kids working there… Unbelievable.
