Poor delivery service food nearly always cold when it arrives. When a problem arises workers/management are combative after ordering there 1-2 times a month for 8 years I won’t be returning. The old man that owns the place is nice and helpful the rest need replaced.

The food is good, but the service is beyond terrible. I ordered a large pizza and a sub and it took 2 hours for them to deliver it even though I’m only a few minutes away. When I didn’t tip the driver you would have thought I had insulted his mother based on his response. I tried to order from them again to be fair, but when I asked about specials the guy treated me like I was an elementary special needs child. When I asked about a specific special he just ignored me and repeated the whole thing over again like I was mentally retarded. Do not waste your time with this garbage, they don’t want your money and you shouldn’t want to give it to them.

Tonight We ordered a pizza tonight from here ! Normally it’s our favorite pizza place it’s close to home, and they are always so friendly!!!! but sadly tonight it wasn’t really that great!!! 🙁 the dough wasn’t fully done it was kinda soft and doughy … the sauce was very runny and not even that much on the pizza. It was like they just kinda threw it together last minute. We are very disappointed and not sure we’ll return to this one 🙁

Super good obviously it’s pizza but not just any pizza it’s a giovanni’s pizza thin crust lots of cheese perfect amount of sauce could b a little faster or they could just tell u the truth bout the time say 15 to 25 minutes and then we wait 30 get there and wait another 20 minutes idk what happened there but that’s my only problem thing other wise fantastic

It wasn’t good at all.. I ordered a pizza and had to call back cause it was taking so long and when I called they said the driver was leaving right then so I waited almost another hour and still no pizza so I called back and complained they said the driver had other stops before me so the driver had numerous stops before mine when my pizza finally got here it was cold and rubbery wasn’t good at all.. the manager only took $4 off .. it was a bad experience all around.. next time if I ever eat there again I’ll go get it myself or try another Giovanni.. Soo unless you wanna wait 2 and a half hours for your food like I did I’d advise you to go to a different Giovanni or a different restaurant..

Over priced pizza , all other companies are cheaper for the same product!!!! Lower your prices to match other companies. You buy Pepsi products from Kroger at 88 cents and charge over 1.99!!!!
